About JSON Formatter
A fast, private, browser-based toolkit for developers who work with JSON every day.
JSON Formatter started as a single-page tool for beautifying and validating JSON. It has grown into a full developer toolkit — validator, viewer, minifier, tree explorer and a growing collection of format converters — while keeping the same non-negotiable principle: your data never leaves your browser.
The project is built with modern web standards (TanStack Start, Vite, Tailwind) and follows the current JSON specification (RFC 8259 / ECMA-404). It ships as a static site behind a global CDN so it loads in milliseconds anywhere in the world.
